Description
Lakshadweep Samudram is a Five-day cruise to visit the islands of Kavaratti, Kalpeni and Minicoy by ship- M.V Kavaratti. The island tour is organized during the day, with lunch and refreshments ashore. Nights are spent onboard the ship. M.V Kavaratti has 180 Diamond class accommodations. Swimming, snorkeling and other water sports are arranged during the day' tour. Children from 1 year and above up to 10 years will be treated as children.
MV Kavaratti. The ships have cafeterias, snack bars, doctor on call, entertainment and an upper-deck promenade. Ship facilities include three independent galleys, halls, recreation places with a swimming pool and a helipad. While planning your travel itinerary, please provide a day at Kochi, both one way to Lakshadweep and on the way back. Ship programs/Itineraries are subject to change without notice due to ship's arrival/departure or other unforeseen reasons.

Day 1 Departure from Kochi
10:00 to 10:30 Boarding.
13:00 to 13:45 Lunch on Ship (Buffet separately for Veg and Non-Veg)

20:00 to 20:45 Dinner (Buffet separately for Veg and Non-Veg)
Day 2, 3 and 4 visit various islands (Kalpeni, Minicoy and Kavaratti/ Agatti)

07:30 to 08:00 Disembarkation (Follow the announcement onboard)
08:00 to 09:00 reception with welcome drinks on the island

- To and from Air or Rail fare and Airport or Railway station transfer for ‘Joining and Leaving Tour Guests.
- Govt Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned.
- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category.
- Cost of Insurance.
- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- All Entry Tickets.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary.
Note
Travel Tips -
- While visiting Hindu mythological sites, shrines and temples, one should remove shoes and cover head with a piece of cloth before entering the Holy Place.
- Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you.
- Rain showers are expected anytime so kindly carry a small umbrella/windcheater & also
- Thermals, Pair of Gloves, Monkey Cap, Cotton, Sweater /Jackets, Sun’s Screen lotion, Moisturizer, Sun glasses, Comfortable Sports Shoes, Umbrella/Windcheater, Vicks, Camphor, small torch etc.
- (Asthama& Heart Patients are not Advisable – Consult your Doctor before joining)
- Carry Dark Choclates, dry fruits, Glucose (Glucon D), toffess. This will provide you instant energy during trekking & long journeys.
- Carry your Pooja samagri as per your requirement.
- Follow the instructions of Tour manager.
- Do not take pictures if cameras are not allowed in temples.
- Carry extra batteries for your camera & power banks for your cell phone.
- Communication: Although all private mobile phones have coverage, Bsnl mobile is better in most of the places.
- Fitness: All pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.

- Information of any kind of disease, allergy, respiratory and heart related issue or any other special request, please let inform us well in advance so that we can plan your leisure time more adequately.
- CWB cost is applicable when one child (5 to 10 Years) share parents room with Extra bed/Mattress
- CNB cost is applicable when one child (5 to 10 Years) share parents room without Extra bed/Mattress Children below 5 years complimentary
Documents Required -
- One Photo Identity and address Proof of each traveler in original and photocopy. It can be valid PAN Card & AADHAAR Card Photo ID with address, issued by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE, VOTER ID, ID PROOF AUTHORISED BY SCHOOL AUTHORITY FOR MINOR.
- Foreign National or NRI need to carry Valid Passport and Visa.
- 5 Numbers Passport size photo in case any permit is required to visit any restricted place.
Booking Procedure -
- Initial payment of INR 10000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) or 50% of total tour cost whichever is higher is require to hold any service. In case tour date falls within 15 Days than 100% require confirming the booking.
- Full payment should clear 15 Days prior to tour start without any delay.
Cancelation Guidelines -
- After Confirmation – Charges 20% of the total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher)
- 30 - 26 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 25% of total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher-side)
- 25 - 20 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher-side)
- 19 - 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost / INR 5000.00 (Higher-side)
- 15 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost
- Part payment needs to be clear as per cancellation procedure, in case of extension written mail require with fresh date. Missing of three deadlines deem as cancelled of all arrangements.
- In case of any file cancel, amount to be refunded after calculation the Cancellation charge and GST amount.
- It will take minimum 15 days to process the refund but not more than 30 days.
- The refund amount will be transfer to the account from where the advance received. In case of cash deposit authorization over mail require to mentioning the account.
